Eligible within 14 days of the original shipping date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll offer store credit or a refund.
💸 Refunds
Refunds are available within 14 days of the original shipping date.
Items must meet the same condition requirements as exchanges.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Orders typically ship within 2 weeks from the close of the preorder sale.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the move.

We ship across the U.S. using reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive 3–7 business days after shipping.
International shipping is not available at this time.
