We stand behind the quality and grit of every Dirt & Decibels product. If your item isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges only—no returns or refunds.

✅ Eligible Exchanges

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Only size or item swaps of equal value are allowed.

• Custom or limited-edition items

• Items damaged due to wear and tear

• Exchanges requested after 14 days

📦 How to Exchange

• Email us at support@dirtanddecibels.com with your order number and exchange request.

• We’ll confirm availability and send you instructions for shipping the item back.

• Once received and inspected, we’ll ship your replacement item.

• Orders typically ship within 2 weeks from the close of the preorder sale.

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the move.

📦 Shipping Details

• We ship across the U.S. using reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

• Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive 3–7 business days after shipping.

• International shipping is not available at this time.

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. You can follow your package every step of the way.
